CH.2 — Taste
Watch the coffee,
not the clock.
Cupping is a simple tabletop timer built for the cupping table — it keeps track of every phase so you can focus on the cup, not the countdown.
How It Works
Cupping walks through the phases of a standard cupping session — Water, Wait, Break, Skim, and Taste — with a single glowing readout built to be read from across the table, not squinted at up close.
What You Get
Every phase, labeled. Water, Wait, Break, Skim, and Taste each get their own timer and their own moment on screen, so nobody has to ask "what are we on?"
Adjustable timing. Drag each phase's slider to match your own protocol before you start — the defaults are a starting point, not a rule.
One button start. Press begin the moment you start adding water. The rest of the sequence runs itself.
Pause and reset, without losing your place. Step away mid-session and pick back up exactly where you left off.
What It's Not
Cupping doesn't score your coffee or record tasting notes — there's no form, no grading sheet, no data entry. It only handles the timing, so your attention stays on the cup in front of you.
Cupping is part of the ipourquality lineup, right alongside Oscillatte.
